Physiotherapist prescribed exercise programs are designed to improve posture, coordination, strength and flexibility. We individually tailor your program to reach your goals and overcome your specific limitations.
Active Physiotherapy conducts small group classes using nothing but your body and an exercise mat on the floor – perfect for you to also practice at home.
Group Exercise Timetable
What to wear – Comfortable, non-restrictive clothing. Not too loose, so we can see your posture to help you improve.
What to bring – A towel. Water is a good idea but we do have plenty here. Mats are provided, BYO if you like.
